Shipping / Returns
All orders will be processed within 48 hours, orders made on the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Shipping is provided via USPS Priority Mail & or First class mail if shipped via FREE SHIPPING transit time takes anywhere from 3-4 days. USPS Priority Shipping takes 2-3 days.
All orders will be supplied a tracking number via email once your items are shipped. Divine Waist is NOT responsible for lost packages marked delivered according to tracking or orders submitted with incomplete addresses.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Standard international shipping time to Canada is 6-7 business days and 8-10 days to Europe & everywhere else World-Wide.
Transit times for international orders vary depending on how long the package is in customs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country or for any orders lost in transit. Please note that buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at the time of delivery.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are welcome for all unworn items only.
Exchanges only once the order is placed it cannot be canceled.
If the item you purchased does not fit correctly we may assist with getting you a new garment within 5 days after delivery.
If you receive a defective item OR need to exchange size etc., please log in to My Account and start a return process, if you do not have an account please start the return process manually by Clicking Here.
Once the exchange is approved and upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time and credit your Divine Waist account or ship you the correct item.
